How It Works

Book the lead. Run the room. Show the work.

Your leads are entering your CRM unchecked. 25% are bots. 12% are duplicates. 3% could land you in court. Three steps fix this. Every lead enters the interrogation queue, every module fires, every verdict is timestamped and attached to the record. Nothing happens in secret.

We've seen what happens when bad leads slip through. Now every lead has to prove itself.

The Process

Three steps from arrival to verdict.

1 Book the Lead Logged & queued 2 Run the Room Modules fire 3 Show the Work Full audit trail
1

Book the Lead

A lead lands and enters the interrogation queue with a timestamp. Every check that follows attaches to this record. The lead is not cleared yet. It is not rejected. It is under the lamp.

2

Run the Room

Seven validation modules fire in sequence. CRM duplicate, data enrichment, bot detection, consent verify, litigator screen, DNC check, phone/email validation. Each returns a verdict: cleared, flagged, or held. Each verdict is timestamped and attached to the lead record.

3

Show the Work

Reviewers open a lead and see exactly which checks ran, what each returned, and when. The full audit trail is the product. No black box. No mystery score. Flagged leads show the reason. Cleared leads show the proof.

The Interrogation Room

Every lead sits under the lamp.

The interrogation room is our metaphor. A lead enters. The lamp turns on. Questions are asked. The lead doesn't leave until every question has been answered.

Some leads walk out cleared. Some are flagged for further review. Some are held. But every single one leaves with a record of what happened in that room, and so do you.

The Three Verdicts

Every check returns one of three answers.

Cleared

The check passed. The lead meets the criteria for this module. The verdict, the timestamp, and the check name are all attached to the record.

Flagged

The check found something worth a human's attention. The lead is not rejected, but it is held for review. The reviewer sees exactly what triggered the flag and decides whether to clear or hold.

Held

The check failed. The lead is stopped from progressing to the buyer or call center until a reviewer releases it. Every hold reason is documented and timestamped.
